The fine print
If you choose token-operated air conditioning with time accumulation, the price is 1 euro per hour for one-bedroom apartments and 1.25 euros per hour for two-bedroom apartments. It is operated by means of tokens with time accumulation by inserting them into a coin machine inside each apartment.
Please note that heating is only available from November 1st to April 15th and is included in the price.
