In the heart of the Prosecco hills, in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, Follina, you will find our unique farm.
A multifunctional reality that hosts a trout farm, the cultivation of seasonal vegetables, and the breeding of farmyard animals (hens for meat and laying) for consumption in our farmhouse with kitchen. Nestled in the UNESCO World Heritage area, the farm also produces Prosecco DOCG and sparkling wine.
"The kitchen is my environment, where I feel at ease and where I like to create new dishes while respecting the culinary tradition of the territory."
These are the words of our host Elisa that best summarize the philosophy of our restaurant, genuine ingredients, mostly self-produced to bring to the table the true taste, the one of the past that unites generations and warms the hearts of our customers.
