CHECK IN is possible in the time slot 16.00-19.00. In case of late arrivals, you will be sent instructions for self check in. CHECK OUT must be done by 10.00. If you need to check in early, subject to room availability, no extra costs will be applied. Bed linen and towels are provided by us and included in the price. In the municipality of Nè, a tourist tax is not applied. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS 1) Pets are allowed with an extra cost of 5EUR per night per pet that you can pay directly on site. 2) Additional people to those declared in the reservation: 10 euros per night for each additional person.

The “La Marpea” farmhouse located in the hinterland of Lavagna, just 12 km from the sea and the Ligurian town, surrounded by nature allows a stay of tranquility and relaxation away from the chaos of the city but at a relatively short distance from the towns of the Riviera di Levante. The complex has a splendid viewpoint over the valley that allows you to enjoy the magical hilly landscape that surrounds Lavagna. Spacious double bedroom equipped with: double bed, sofa and two single beds for a total of 4 people. The entire room has recently been renovated allowing a pleasant stay in an extremely quiet setting surrounded by nature. The bathroom is very spacious and bright, and is equipped with a shower. A French window allows access to a balcony overlooking the beautiful valley. The room is located on the top floor of the structure. The structure has a farm where there are animals and fields for the production of food that is served by the structure itself, which guarantees guests to taste the delicious Ligurian cuisine prepared with meat, dairy products and self-produced foods. ATTENTION: breakfast and lunch service is not available at the moment. Upon request and possibility, the farmhouse can be available for lunches and dinners only on SATURDAYS and SUNDAYS and HOLIDAYS. Wi-Fi connection is available. You can park for free at the entrance of the structure.
