Property information

structure of a new construction totally earthquake-proof, located along the Via Francigena in a strategic position between Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Foligno and Assisi, very close to the FRANCISCAN THERMAL BATHS. Immersed in the green countryside of Umbria a short distance from any service easily accessible by bike or car. 3 Km from the SS75 highway exit. Who will stay in our farm can enjoy a large parking (not guarded), and green spaces for children. Inside the apartment guests will find the necessary for a small welcome breakfast, and will have herbal teas and tea to taste when returning from walks and trips. Our facility for those who need it is equipped, on request, with everything needed for newborns.

Neighbourhood information

Our farm is an ideal starting point to reach Spello in a few minutes characteristic medieval village full of alleys, balconies and unique terraces, in the center you can visit many churches such as Santa Maria Maggiore, the walls with Properzio towers with characteristic shape dodecagonale, the beautiful Villa dei Mosaici and many other attractions, in a few km you reach Assisi and Santa Maria degli Angeli with its Basilica where inside is La Porziuncola of San Francesso, Spoleto with its Cathedral, the beautiful Rocca, Montefalco perched within its walls with a splendid view of the Umbrian landscapes, don't miss the beautiful church of Santa Chiara. You can always reach in a few minutes by car countries such as Foligno, Bevagna, Trevi, Cannara, Collemancio, Massa Martana .... other unique places like the Marmore waterfalls, and numerous green paths both along the Nera river and on Mount Subasio , to find out even more we will be available with advice and suggestions.
