Property located in the heart of the Saracen village of Varigotti – just 30 meters from the beach – recently renovated with fine finishes and equipped with the best comforts. Large parking spot reserved for guests at about 500 mt. The internal surface of 93 m² includes kitchen and large living area with double sofa bed, double bedroom (equipped with foldable baby cot), mezzanine with two single beds (tot 6 beds), corridor/hallway with retractable wardrobes, large outdoor courtyard in total privacy. Tranquility, relax & comfort in a suggestive atmosphere of an ancient fishing village. Al Bastione del Borgo Saraceno – Varigotti | CITRA № 009029-LT-1879 The property is located in the most peaceful and quiet area of the entire village. However, with a handful of steps you reach the vibrant and gracious main square served by restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, minimarket and local shops. There are pet friendly beaches walking distance.
The entire Saracen village of Varigotti is subject to a ZTL (limited traffic area); to access it – only for loading and unloading activities – is necessary to request permission in advance for your car license plate – beware of very narrow alleys! Large parking spot reserved for guests at about 500 mt.
