La casa si trova in una posizione molto comoda per chi vuole visitare il centro di Ravenna e magari, in estate, andare al mare. Dal centro e dai monumenti occorrono 9 minuti a piedi. Per andare al mare c'è la fermata dell'autobus a 5 minuti di camminata da casa (numero 70) e l'autobus raggiunge Punta Marina e Marina di Ravenna. Chi lo desidera può andare a Mirabilandia in auto o con il pullman che parte dalla stazione ( per andare a piedi occorrono 20 minuti). Vicino ci sono bar, gelaterie, ristoranti e supermercati. L appartamento è tutto nuovo.
Si organizzano visite guidate dei monumenti di Ravenna. Tutti i sabati mattina e pomeriggio c'è una visita guidata in italiano a un ottimo costo a persona in quanto si formano gruppi di persone interessate. I costi di una visita personalizzata invece sono da concordare con la guida. Si possono richiedere visite anche in Inglese, Spagnolo, Portoghese, Francese, Tedesco organizzandosi con la guida.
