The house is complete with every comfort. On the ground floor there is a garage with reserved parking space and a laundry room with washing machine. Going up the stairs we arrive at the first floor where we find the terrace with safety gate equipped with table and chairs, set of outdoor armchairs and gas barbecue, it has a beautiful view and privacy. Entering through the entrance French window we find a spacious living room with dining area, satellite TV, two sofas; on the floor there is a bathroom complete with shower and a kitchen complete with dishwasher, coffee machine and everything needed for cooking. On the second and last floor there is the sleeping area, consisting of a bathroom complete with shower, a double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and panoramic sea view, a bedroom with two 90 cm single beds with the possibility of becoming a double bed, with wardrobe and panoramic view; the third bedroom consists of two single beds, wardrobe, does not have a sea view. The house is fully air conditioned, free wi-fi internet is available.

The house is located inside the "Villaggio Tanca Piras" condominium in an excellent location near the square, overlooking the panoramic swimming pool and the sea. The complex has a 6-hectare park with spaces for picnics and panoramic routes with wonderful views of the sea and the entire Gulf of Lion. The swimming pool is semi-Olympic sized with a breathtaking view of the sea and is equipped with umbrellas and deckchairs. Nebida is a small village by the sea, complete with all services, restaurants and tobacconists. Car rental is recommended to make the most of this area of Sardinia.
