Detached small villa for 4 people in Frabosa Sottana (CN). Very easy access, with no stairs to climb as the apartment is entirely on the ground floor. Pets are welcome. The 70-square-meter house is modernly furnished and comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with an open-plan kitchen and a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction stovetop, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and Nespresso machine. It is equipped with plates, glasses, cutlery, cookware, and all the small accessories needed to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Free Wi-Fi. Smart TV. The television doesn't have satellite channels, but it's connected to Wi-Fi and it has apps for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, AppleTV, etc... so if you have streaming subscriptions, bring your passwords! No gas risks: the house is entirely electric (air conditioning for heating and cooling, and an electric water heater). The price is all-inclusive, and upon arrival you will find the beds made up, with towels, and the rooms heated or air-conditioned.
