Ottimamente ubicata nel cuore della capitale, e più precisamente in Piazza Sallustio accanto all’Ambasciata Americana e a due passi da Via Veneto e da Piazza di Spagna. Gli appartamenti Marcello Mastroianni e Sofia Loren si trovano al primo piano di un silenzioso palazzo signorile con affaccio sugli storici Horti Sallustiani, nel centro di Roma, all’angolo di una via luminosa, sicura e molto tranquilla; il terzo appartamento Vittorio De Sica si trova a circa 200 metri di distanza, al terzo piano di un bel palazzo con ascensore. Tutto intorno vi sono numerosi localini molto frequentati dagli stessi abitanti della zona, indicando una sicura qualità delle proposte. Grazie alla felice posizione e alla tranquillità, il quartiere è tra i più ricercati dai Romani e molto amato dai turisti di ogni età.
