Property information

L'Angolo del Saraceno is a structure made up of two completely new and recently renovated apartments. The furniture and all the finishes are new. Both apartments are equipped with all the services and comforts necessary to guarantee a pleasant and relaxing holiday. Each apartment is composed of: entrance into the living area consisting of the kitchen (equipped with hob, fridge, coffee machine with capsules, toaster, electric kettle, juicer, pans and pots, electric oven and microwave oven) dining table and sofa, bathroom with shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds (in one of the two apartments an additional bed is available consisting of the sofa bed located in the double bedroom). The apartments are equipped with air conditioning and wi-fi free and unlimited. Each apartment has a furnished outdoor space. The shared area consists of the relaxation area located at the back of the structure and the laundry located outside (guests can use the washing machine for free). The structure also has private internal parking which is accessed through an automatically opening gate. The external perimeter of the structure has a video surveillance system.

Neighbourhood information

The property is located in a very quiet and peaceful residential area, surrounded by greenery and nature. L'Angolo del Saraceno is located in Villagrazia di Carini, a few minutes drive from Palermo Airport and a few minutes drive from the main beaches in the area. In the area there is also a train stop with which you can reach both the airport and the center of Palermo.
