The ANTICA FONTE holiday home is a spacious and welcoming residence located close to the town of Tavullia. It is situated in a panoramic position 10 km from the Adriatic Sea and is the ideal starting point for those who want to discover the naturalistic, historical, artistic, food and wine beauties, ... of the border area between the Marches and Romagna, but also for those who want to spend a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Gradara, Cattolica, Riccione, Rimini, San Marino, Urbino, Fano, Pesaro, ... are easily reachable with journey times ranging from 10' to 45'. The family home underwent a first renovation in 2015 and subsequently in 2022. Currently Antica Fonte offers two bedrooms with private bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room (which could become a third bedroom with private bathroom), free Wi-Fi connection in entire structure, a large garden that surrounds the entire property and a modern and functional swimming pool (12 x 6) for the exclusive use of guests. The name of the structure derives from the presence of an old fountain which is located on the property and which supplied the town of Tavullia with drinking water until the 1950s. The house, despite being just a few tens of meters from the town centre, is in a quiet and panoramic position with a view of the sea, San Marino, ... and the Marche-Romagna hills.

The "ANTICA FONTE" holiday home is the evolution of a project that Luciano and Elena started in 2015 and which initially materialized in the creation of a bed and breakfast. This experience gave the opportunity to meet people, learn more about the tourist needs of visitors, … While drawing a lot of satisfaction from the management of the B&B, also intercepting current tourist trends, Luciano and Elena believe that the traveler has an increasing need to have available all the comforts that he normally has in his home and to maintain that privacy and autonomy that could not find in a hotel. For this reason they grant their guests their family home, while remaining discreetly available for advice and proposals.

Important cities of art such as Urbino, Gradara, Pesaro, Rimini, San Marino and smaller towns such as San Leo, Mondavio, ... are just a few kilometers away, as are the beaches of the Romagna Riviera and the Marches. Cities and natural parks such as San Bartolo, Conero Park and the Frasassi caves are easily reachable through routes designed for both bikers and cyclists. Let's not forget that Tavullia ... is the village of VALENTINO ROSSI and the hospitality and the gastronomic traditions of Romagna are renowned and we feel we belong not only as a way of speaking.
