Antico Mulino is part of a very old, stone farmhouse with remarkably ancient roots. On the ground floor of the farmhouse you can still admire the ancient millstones used to produce flour that was used to prepare the famous Tuscan, homemade bread and cereal milling of all kinds. Guests have at disposal a beautiful, fenced pool (size mt. 10x4, Prof. mt. 1.40), a large outdoor area with garden furniture and a well-tended vegetable garden, where every day they can gather and enjoy seasonal vegetables. The house furnishing is nice and comfortable and fits in perfectly with a rustic, Tuscan typical home. GROUND FLOOR: bathroom with shower and wide kitchen with access to a paved external area, next to the swimming pool, equipped with gazebo, table, chairs and barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals. FIRST FLOOR: with access only from an external staircase with typical, small loggia, living-dining room with TV, kitchenette with wood burning oven and access to a small terrace with table and chairs ideal for outdoor breakfasts. From the living room access to a sitting room with sofas, wide dining room, bathroom with shower, twin bedroom, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. HEATING ON PAYMENT (ON CONSUMPTION).

The village of Palazzo del Pero, where there is a bar and small grocery stores, is located just 3 km away and the city of Arezzo with its works of art, monuments, shops and services of all kinds is approximately 15 minutes by car. Arezzo it is one of the oldest cities in Tuscany and stands where the four valleys of the province meet: the ValdiChiana, Valdarno, Valtiberina and Casentino. Amongst the most important works are the Romanesque "Pieve" with its tower with a hundred holes, the cathedral with its stained glass windows by Guglielmo di Marcillat, the basilica of San Francesco with its precious works by Piero della Francesca, the Gothic church of San Domenico with its crucifix by Cimabue. The splendid setting of Piazza Grande in Arezzo, dominated by Vasari’s loggia hosts the “Saracen Joust” (Giostra del Saracino) twice a year (in June and September) and the Antique Fair on the first weekend of every month which spreads through the nearby streets and where one can buy antique furniture and accessories.
