The apartment features a modern, minimalist design that creates a calm and inviting atmosphere. Carefully selected colors and furnishings give the rooms a harmonious and comfortable feel, perfect for relaxing. The open, light-filled layout, along with practical amenities – fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and more – makes the apartment ideal for guests who value comfort and style.

We are happy to be there for you if you have any questions or need personal recommendations. Our goal is to make you feel at home – relaxed, and well taken care of.
The location is perfect for exploring Merano: within a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the popular Merano Thermal Baths, the idyllic Sissi Park, the promenades along the Passer River, and the sun-drenched Tappeinerweg – one of Europe’s most beautiful elevated promenades. Charming boutiques in the Laubengasse, as well as numerous restaurants and bars, are also within easy reach.
