The residence is a charming 16th century village, located in the heart of Tuscany, on the picturesque Chianti hills, about 10 km from Florence. Inserted in a splendid natural context among olive trees, vineyards and cypresses, the residence has been carefully restored to preserve the original structure and charm of the traditional houses Tuscan countryside. About 1 km away, in the town of Grassina, various services are available, including a pharmacy, supermarket, laundry, bar and restaurants, as well as a convenient bus stop to reach the historic center of Florence (line no. 31).
