This is a two-floor house with 4 apartments surrounded by a lovely garden with many olive trees. There is ample parking right in front of the house. The beach and the town of Torri del Benaco with its charming harbor and medieval castle are 5 minutes away on foot. Hiking trails also start right out of the door. The partment is spacious and filled with light. It has been recently renovated.
