The management of holiday rental apartments began in February 2024!

Located in a central yet quiet area of Tione di Trento, the five holiday apartments managed by Chiara are completely new and available to guests since February 2024. Two apartments, “Elisa” and “Chiara,” situated on the ground floor with separate entrances, are part of a new, modern, fully green structure. They consist of a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and kitchen, exposed wooden ceiling, mezzanine, master bedroom, and bathroom, and they are equipped with every comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Both apartments have a large, well-fenced outdoor area (suitable for pets) and a private parking space. The other three apartments, “Moretta” (which, depending on needs, can offer an additional independent accommodation for two people in the annex “Moiepiane”) and “Zeller,” are all on the ground floor within a historic Art Nouveau building from 1900. After a complete renovation, they have preserved their large windows and spacious rooms. Each apartment consists of a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and kitchen, a master bedroom, and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a washer-dryer in the bathroom. A reserved outdoor parking space is available. The “Moretta” apartment also offers a large shared garden with the “Chiara” apartment. Tione di Trento is an alpine village at 600 meters above sea level, offering visitors artisanal shops, supermarkets, and a hospital. It is a crossroads for two cycling routes connecting the Brenta massif to Lake Idro. The town is strategically positioned for easy access to renowned destinations such as: Madonna di Campiglio (29 km) and Pinzolo (16 km) in the heart of the Brenta Dolomites; Val Genova (16 km), the main gateway to the Adamello Brenta Nature Park; Riva del Garda (36 km) with Lake Garda; Molveno and its alpine lake (33 km); The city of Trento (31 km), home to one of Italy’s most beautiful historic and museum districts.
