The 30 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (preferably children), a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people (plus 2 children upon request and for an extra fee). Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating as well as a TV. Guests have use of a washing machine in the laundry room upon request. A baby cot, a high chair, a pram and a baby bath tub are also available for free, upon request and subject to availability. An outdoor area consisting of a garden with garden furniture and a barbecue is also available for your use and is shared with 4 other apartments. Parking is available on the property. Use of covered garage upon request and subject to availability (for an extra fee to be agreed upon on-site). Pets are allowed upon request. Air conditioning is currently not available, but there is a continuous air recirculation and purification system in each room. The property has step-free access with direct access to the garden and a step-free interior. The property has ski, motorbike and bicycle storage. Maximum number of Pets: 1.
