Property information

The Leon d’Oro house has got 7 apartments different each other on choosing design, size, colour and materials: double-rooms (from 2 till 4 guests), triple-rooms (from 4 till 6 guests) and a great comfortable attic Suite (just for 2 guests). Each apartment has independently regulated heating; house-phone; TV LCD/SAT; bathroom with bath or shower; lumber-room with walk in wardrobe; armoured front door. The kitchen is wisely furnished by all the necessary you will need: kitchen-wares and refined table-linen, gas stove, refrigerator with ice-box. The bed-rooms are inserted in a tastefully and comfortable context that will make your holiday really pleasant, especial and unforgettable. At disposal of our guests WIFI Wireless direct in each Apartment; a Reception desk rich of depliants and booklet really useful for living at best every minute of your holiday; a bike storage; a laundry-room with a free washing machine. By request we also have any garages situated nearby our house (about 150 m), outside the old medieval walls and the historical centre.

Neighbourhood information

Via Fiume, a typical old street which runs under the medieval town walls and has always connected the harbour to the town and allowed for goods to be transported from one to the other. On each side of the street you could once see the stores of the merchants and craftsmen, now replaced by little shops and restaurants. In this atmosphere the Salvaneschi family, which has been ruling their own Restaurant since 1938, wants to offer to their dear guests the opportunity to live magic moments in the quietness and elegance of his new apartments. Located in the old part of the town, very next to the lake and the harbour, born to live a vacation free from duties and time, furnished with a mix of modernity and old pieces owned by the family, with a special care for the guests and their demands and with the possibility to have dinner or to have supper in the below Restaurant Pizzeria Leon d’Oro.
