This spacious house is elegantly equipped for a happy family holiday or a romantic getaway on beautiful Lake Como. Enjoy the lake view while relaxing inside the house or in the outdoor garden. We provide a covered and secure garage, exactly under the apartment. Moltrasio is located 75 km from Milan Malpensa airport and 10km from Como. Owners on site for advice and anything you might need. Come and enjoy the Italian paradise!
The area is quiet, sunny and silent, the apartment is less than 5 minutes from the bus stops, the town center is about 10 minutes away and the lake 15. All the town's services (markets, restaurants, ice cream parlors) are easily reachable on foot from the apartment. From Moltrasio it is possible to reach the center of Como in about twenty minutes with the C10 line, the stop is located in the street below the apartment; it is also possible to take the boat from the navigation.
