Located on the second floor, the apartment is thoughtfully furnished and fully equipped to make your stay truly special and unforgettable, fast internet included. One of its standout features is a private garage located just a short walk from the property—so you can explore the city stress-free, without having to worry about parking or daily fees. The apartment was completely renovated just two years ago, and we are currently upgrading the building’s stairwell. Rest assured, this work is being carried out with care and won’t cause any noise or disturbance during your stay. Cleanliness and attention to detail are very important to us. In addition to our regular cleaning routines, we perform complete ozone sanitization between each guest, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and peace of mind. Perfect for two guests, the loft now also features a sofa bed that can accommodate a third person upon request. For added safety, the apartment is equipped with a surveillance camera outside the entrance, as well as gas and smoke detectors inside, for early detection of any leaks or fumes. The apartment is in the center a few meters away from the Tower that opens the way to the centre historic and pedestrian area. The area is very safe. Below the house is one of the main streets shopping with restaurants, bars and many shops as well as a bakery that produces delicious bread and desserts and a very convenient pharmacy for any eventuality (the latter activities are located right in our building!). Five minutes walk from Como Borghi station of TRENORD which serves Milan and Malpensa airport. 15 minutes from the boat station on the lake.
