Tastefully furnished it consists of a family room with one double bedroom and a single bed, small living room communicating with the bedroom and kitchen with kitchen corner and dining table, all strictly sea view. Bathroom with shower. Private parking not available. Towels and bed linen are not provided it is possible to rent them with at least 48 hours notice.

Centrally located, it is a stone's throw from everything, from the beaches of the Marine Reserve of Ghiaie and Padulella and from the beautiful natural setting of the Darsena Medicea, which offers a stunning sea-view promenade.
