The Valle Mincio apartment is a lovely holiday home with swimming pool located just 4km from Peschiera del Garda. The house is on two levels and is suitable for 4 adults and 4 children or for groups of travelers or multiple families. It is located on the 1st floor inside a tourist complex in a quiet location, fully furnished and just renovated at the beginning of June 2023. On the first floor: the living area, which enjoys beautiful natural light thanks to the large window, is composed of a dining table and sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. The floor is completed by a large bedroom with sofa bed (extendable to a double bed 180x200 cm) and bunk bed. Also on the same floor there is a large bathroom with shower and washing machine. Going up the stairs you will find a very spacious bedroom with a double bed (200x200 cm) and a sofa bed (140 cm wide). Also on the second floor is the second bathroom with bathtub and a beautiful roof terrace with a wonderful view of the mountains surrounding Lake Garda (including garden furniture). Air conditioning in the living room-kitchen and in the two bedrooms. Wi-Fi and Smart TV. The apartment is completed by a shared swimming pool with different depths (approx. 1.20 m - 1.60 m), shared garden with shared barbecue (charcoal), covered parking slot. !!!IMPORTANT!!!
