Modern apartment with terrace in the heart of the university area of Bologna. The apartment, located on the third floor of a building without elevator, with entrance under the typical arcades of the Emilian capital, has been completely renovated and consists of a living and a sleeping area separated by a wall, although directly connected. The living area is furnished with a sofa, a desk, a dining table, a TV and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a kettle, a microwave and an espresso coffee machine. The bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and clothes rack. Both rooms have access to a small terrace overlooking the rooftops of the city, where guests can relax and eat in the open air thanks to the presence of a table with chairs. A bathroom with shower and a washing machine completes the layout. Amenities such as free wi-fi, heating and air conditioning will be available in the accommodation. The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
