Perfect for hiking, e-biking, and visits to Maranello, it’s the ideal starting point to explore the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. Wi-Fi, TV, heating, and air conditioning are always available. Outdoor spaces are available for relaxing or dining al fresco. You'll have full access to the entire apartment in complete privacy. Outside, a private green area is available where you can relax, sunbathe, or enjoy your meals outdoors. Upon request, guests may use the charcoal barbecue, fully equipped with all accessories. The extra fee for usage and final cleaning should be agreed directly on site. Pets: Info & Rules If you're travelling with a pet, please inform us before booking and indicate its size. Small pets are subject to the standard fee. For medium or large pets, an extra charge may apply. House Rules: No beds or sofas: please bring a blanket or pet bed. Leash required in the courtyard for medium or large dogs. Always supervise your pet: the courtyard is not fenced. Clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the bins at the start of the access road. Keep noise to a minimum: avoid barking or intrusive behaviour.
