The charming holiday apartment "Hofer Maria" welcomes you in the Italian municipality of Niederdorf in the beautiful Puster Valley in South Tyrol. The 50 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, and accommodates four people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. From the covered terrace of the apartment, you can enjoy views of the idyllic mountain landscape. The garden of the house is also available for your shared use. The Niederdorf spa park is just around the corner and offers a Kneipp facility as well as a children's playground. Several restaurants and three bars are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be reached on foot in two to seven minutes. The nearest bakery is only a four-minute walk away (350 m), and the next two supermarkets are also within a five to six-minute walk (450–550 m). In the winter months, the ski resorts of Toblach/Dobbiaco and Prags/Braies, only a few kilometres away and easily accessible by ski bus, invite you to go skiing. In summer, numerous hiking trails, such as the Dolomites High Trail, invite you to explore the beautiful landscape. One free parking space per accommodation is available on the property.
