The apartment has one of the most spectacular views in the town. For example, at the cocktail hour you can relax on comfortable sunbeds in front of a irresistible sunset. That is the nicest part of the day! In general, the horography of the area (stairs, steps, architectural barriers) does not allow the movement of disabled people. The beautiful view has the drawback of 130 steps to reach the apartment, so it's warmly suggested to bring LUGGAGES AS LIGHT AS POSSIBLE. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine that can refurbish your clothes so that you can limit your luggage size. The tourist tax is already included in the tariff. For late check-in after 8 pm, an extra fee is applied. Towels and bed linen are featured in the apartment. It's compulsory to respect the neighbours, to avoid making noise during the normal rest time, to make the reasonable and normal use of the apartement furnitures and accessories. Smoking in the apt and on the terrace is not allowed. Also animals are not allowed. Not suitable for infants.

I am Maurizio, 60 years old, engineer in telecommunication business; three childrens to which recently has been added a dog. I travel a lot, both for business and with my family, in many places and apartments, so we know what guests want in order to enjoy the holiday!

The Neighborhood is very quiet and you will never be disturbed. For dinner you have a lot of options: you can order a pizza, buy something at gastronomy (that I reccomend) or eat at typical restaurants on the beach or in the cosy village centre. After dinner you can walk on the beach tasting an ice cream or visit very special and handcrafted shops in the village centre. And if you are a passionate of music on the pier are often organized concerts and comedy shows. For the children there are kids parks and others amusements and are often prepared children's shows and other funny attraction for them. Finally if you are lovers of sports, there is football pitch and on the pier teenagers gather for playing basketball. In 5 Terre is very difficult travelling by cars or autobus because of winding roads and the traffic limitation in the zone. Anyway, there is an excellent railroad like an underground which take you wherever you want. You can reach the trainstation in about 10 minutes by walking. There are ferries that leaves from piers, next to the village center. There are also a lot of excursions by ferries that allow to visit the other Cinque Terre villages.
