The Arancera of Villa Edoardo features a 200 m2 garden equipped for outdoor dining and a spacious equipped terrace. 100 mt from the property are free car-parkings. The annex (124 m2) is all on one floor and it is a bright house equipped with AC, electricity and water. The entrance are large French windows, inside is an open living area with decorative fireplace, dining and seating area with satellite TV, equipped kitchen with decorative wood-fired oven, sleeping area with king-size double bed and ceiling fan. From here access to the bathroom with shower and the internal swimming pool (4.80x4, 1.40 mt depth). At the entrance 3 steps with 2 stations: one with hydro-massage where guests can relax with cromotherapy and 32 degrees water. It's located in a residential area, surrounded by prestigious villas. Equipped with Wi-Fi, AC, ceiling fan, heating, bathrooms courtesy set. The price includes bed, kitchen and bathroom linen (bathrobes and pool towels as well). Midweek change of pool towels, kitchen and bathroom linen (just towels set) offered to weekly stays . Water, electricity, gas, final cleaning and Wi-Fi are also included. IMPORTANT: The indoor pool is open all year (heated except in July-August, when heated on request). Smoking is not allowed. The property is for adults only.
