Welcome to B&B “Fuori dai Coppi”, a haven of art and history in the heart of Bologna. Located inside the prestigious Palazzo Pepoli Vecchio, our property is not just a place to stay, but part of a museum dedicated to the artist L.P. To access the B&B, guests must climb about 20 steps to reach the elevator; therefore, it is not suitable for people with mobility issues. The independent entrance leads to a cozy coffee corner and a living area that also serves as a second bedroom, equipped with a sofa bed, an additional single bed, and a table with three chairs. The double bedroom, directly connected to the bathroom, offers peace and privacy. For this reason, we recommend the accommodation for couples or families up to 4 people, noting that access to the bathroom is through the double bedroom. The bedroom has a ceiling fan, while the living area features newly installed air conditioning. In winter, convectors are available and can be managed independently. IMPORTANT NOTE: the property does not have a kitchen and breakfast is not included. However, coffee capsules, a kettle with tea selection, water, and small courtesy snacks are always available. CONDITIONS Official check-in: from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Early check-in or luggage drop-off: upon request at least 24 hours before arrival and subject to host availability. A supplement is required, payable in cash upon arrival.
