Upon your arrival you will find a brand-new structure, completely renovated building with anti-seismic certification, high energy class, soundproofing, research and attention to accessories and details, respect for the environment, attention to energy and water saving. Two types of rooms, Std double room (14sqm) and Deluxe double room (20sqm) all with private bathroom, emotional shower with chrome-therapy, hairdryer, full LED mirrors, orthopedic memory latex mattresses and pillows for maximum comfort and rest, organic cotton linen and towels, daily cleaning and sanitizing service, 40" smart TV, independent air conditioning and heating in all rooms, air purification system with ionization, suitcase holder, USB sockets, full LED lighting, free super-fast WiFi throughout the B&B and a free bottle of water; the Deluxe room is bigger (20sqm), with a big bathroom, the kettle and a small Venetian balcony. In the common area on the second floor an espresso machine and mini-bar are available (drinks in the fridge for a fee).

Check-in is from 2 pm to 9 pm (late self check-in available on demande) while check-out is till 10h30 am. Access to the facility is open 24 hours a day, no keys are needed, the doors are opened with a 6-digit pin code and / or smartphone with NUKI app installed. All for the maximum discretion and privacy of the guests (each guest will have a unique code valid for the duration of the stay which will open the main entrance and their own room only). I can organize guided tours in beautiful paths between the sea and vineyards in the hills with breathtaking views (bike rental available for a fee in Vasto), biking path, jogging path or a walk to visit the beauties of the country and the Vasto city center (the balcony sea front and the main monuments)
