Our Guesthouse (Affittacamere Professionale) is our passion and we love to share our love for Siena with our guests. We started in 2008 with a few rooms and over the years we have expanded and made improvements to the services and the structure itself. Our staff is made up exclusively of our family as well as some external help, from time to time.

Located in a historic building, our facility has the discreet charm of the past. The panoramic terrace, which will repay you of the climb for the five-storey climb, is at your disposal to sip a glass of Chianti in the summer evenings, admiring a cool sunset over Siena. Please note that there is no elevator, but upon request our staff can help you carry your luggage to your room.

Our property is located in the historic center of Siena, one of the most beautiful medieval cities in the world. We are located right at the intersection of three terzieri in which the city is divided, so the guests staying at I Terzi, will have ease of movement, everything is so close! Museums, churches, panoramas and romantic streets will be within your reach! The view from our rooms is a feast for the eyes, yes we are on the 5th floor, but up here the view is breathtaking!
