Residenza Pierre et Vacances Badus offers self-catering apartments set in small 2-storey buildings located around an outdoor swimming pool open daily until 20:30. The property is in the village of Badesi, between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura. Parking and WiFi are free, and the property also has a restaurant. The apartments are located either on the ground or first floor and all have an independent entrance. The Residenza Pierre et Vacances Badus features a free car park, a children’s playground, a bowling green, and a shared barbecue in the picnic area. There is a coin-operated laundry room. the bar is an external company and the schedules cannot be guaranteed.

Residence Badus is located in Badesi, a quiet town in between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura, overlooking a long coastline surrounded by Mediterranean maquis. The dunes of thin sand are covered with junipers and the water has a stunning blue colour. The nearby coastline stretches over 8 km of white sandy beaches. The property is divided into two complexes, both with swimming pool, placed downhill from the town centre. The terraced flats can be on the ground floor or on the first floor, and have an equipped patio or balcony. The flats are equipped with kitchenette, TV, safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, fan, microwave, bathroom with shower, veranda or balcony. All have Wi-Fi connection.

Residence Badus is located at just 200 metres from the centre of Badesi, where you can find many facilities (shops, restaurants, etc.). Badus is just at a few minutes by car from Li Junchi beach (2.5 kms) and Li Mindi beach (3 kms) in the marina of Badesi. On the beach you can rent beach umbrellas and deck chairs, join surf courses and go on boat excursions. Late check-in is only possible if arranged in advance with the property. Check-in after 24:00 is not permitted unless requested at the time of booking, with an additional fee of EUR 50. At check-out, guests must leave the kitchenette and the barbecue clean; otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of EUR 50 will be charged.

The price includes accommodation, bed linen, bath linen (1 large towel and 1 small towel), final cleaning (excluding the kitchen area and dishes), TV, one beach umbrella, and two sun loungers. Extra towels are available at an additional cost. Please note that any modification to the booking may incur a fee. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

Reception is open daily from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00. Key collection upon arrival takes place between 17:00 and 20:00.

Please note that the bar service is independent from Pierre & Vacances. We cannot guarantee its opening hours.

Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the property.
