The apartment "Baita Florin" is located in a quiet and sunny area 20 meters away from the ski lift "Amerikan" and from the cycle path, 50 meters away is the ski area of ​​"Carosello 3000", and 3 Km from the center of the village. For the summer it enjoys a great location, in fact the cycle path can be reached in one minute on foot, and just behind the apartment there are several paths suitable for all short or long distance excursions. In front of the apartment there is a butchery, a grocery store and the free bus stop that reach any desired location. The apartment consists of a large kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, satellite TV. There are also a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (with the possibility of a sofa bed in the living room), there is also a free wi-fi service throughout the building. On request it is also possible to have an indoor parking space.
The apartment is family owned, the owners live in the house opposite and are always available for any request or information
The apartment is located in a quiet area of ​​the village, surrounded by greenery and out of the chaos of the center. Although the shopping and shopping street is easily accessible from the free bus stop below, with lines running every five minutes. The property enjoys a fortunate position almost always exposed to the sun, and nearby there are many hiking trails of varying difficulty and slopes. For the winter enjoy the proximity of the ski lift "Amerikan" that will allow you to reach the Carosello 3000 in 5 minutes. The latter, in summer, offers the opportunity to walk for mountain bike or downhill.
