Company information

Nicola Beltrami is a certified accountant registered in Italy. He manages the villas on Via Spiaggia on behalf of the construction company Porto Srl. Dr Beltrami personally checks guests in and out, and you can refer any queries to him. One tourist complained about the service: he arrived late in the evening with a dog, and we found him alternative accommodation after one night with us. We don't like people who don't follow the rules. When we write ‘no pets’ in the advertisement, it means that we do not accept tourists with dogs. We are serious people and demand proper behaviour.

CIN IT038006B4KCD3WF7D. We rent out a beach villa with a large garden bordering the state-owned pine forest. A charging station for electric vehicles is available. The beach is right in front of the house and you can enjoy a beautiful view from the terrace on the first floor. The villa is newly built and equipped with air conditioning. It has recently been fitted with a kitchen and new bedrooms: the kitchen has a dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, etc.; the bathroom has a washing machine and hairdryer. Everything you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Nearby, you can hire bicycles (at Rita's kiosk) with special agreements. The following services are available near the house: golf course, horse riding, motorboat harbour in Volano, sailing boat harbour in Goro, cycle paths in the pine forest. Tourist attractions nearby: Pomposa Abbey, Estense Castle of Mesola, Comacchio, Chioggia, Ravenna and Ferrara.
