Completely renovated apartment in the heart of Modena, complete with all services and finely furnished to make you feel at home. Unique atmosphere that combines the characteristics of typical city center houses, with exposed wooden beams, with modern, warm and welcoming furnishings, with every comfort. The apartment is located at fourth floor accessible with stairs, so it's not suggested for ancient people, people with any physical limitation and for families with heavy package.
We are hospitable people, we like to make our guests feel at home, we take care of details, we love to travel and therefore we know what makes a stay in a new city comfortable and what is essential to fully enjoy Modena and its surroundings.
The apartment is located in the center, very close to all the attractions of Modena and the train station. It is a typical neighborhood, which best expresses the elegance and tranquility of the city. The area is safe, surrounded by several bars / clubs where you can enjoy a coffee or an aperitif. Within walking distance you will find the best gourmet pizzerias in Modena and several restaurants serving typical cuisine that are worth trying. For shopping lovers, the adjacent streets are full of interesting shops and Via Emilia, the beating heart of Modena centre, is about 200 meters away.
