Great location: • Cadenabbia - central part of Como Lake - the area with the greatest number of historic villas (for example, the neighbour along the upper side of the park is Villa Collina, a former residence of Konrad Adenauer, the first post WWII West Germany Chansellor). • The ferry station is 150 m away and provides an easy access to all the towns of the central part of the lake. • There is a good restaurant in the building itself and numerous other options for food, including facilities of one of the best 5 star hotel on the lake - Grand Hotel Tremezzo. • The minimarket is 350 m away • The beach with free access is 850 m away. Spacious apartment (60 sq.m.) located on the first floor with park view and has one bedroom, spacious living room with the kitchen and a marble finished bathroom. All the apartment windows overlook the condominium park. This brings an advantage of quiet and silence not disturbed by the lake front road and the restaurant (albeit a very good one) on the other side of the building. You will enjoy the calm and the fresh healing air full of flavours of flowers and laurel flowing down right to the windows. Belle Ile Park is located in the central and the most beautiful part of Como Lake, giving host to many beautiful towns, villas, parks, lido, cafes and restaurants. The famous villa Carlotta is also situated here, 600 m down the lakeside. The closest beach and swimming pool is just 400 m up on the lakeside. Another beach with free access is 1,3 km away. A distinctive convenience of the Belle Ile Park is that the ferry station is only 150 m away. In 15-20 minutes you can get to Varenna or Bellagio, which are located on opposite shores of the lake. You will appreciate the fact that the Cadenabbia ferry station is open until 23:00 pm during the summer season, so you may take late dinner in one of the restaurants of Bellagio or Varenna and return back home. Directly from the Belle ile Park you can walk along the beautiful promenade to the famous Villa Carlotta (only 600 m), and then swim in the beautiful Olivelli Park (in the next village - Tremezzo) and cool off with a glass of prosecco in the park bar. It is worth planning a day for the walk, as there will be many restaurants and bars along the way where you will want to stop by. Don’t miss to walk around Villa del Balbianello (4.5 km away). Then take a charming promenade on the shores of Lenno. There is also a supermarket there (just in case the minimarket 300 m from the house is not enough for you). Alternatively, should you want to pause and spend a day on the beach spot, then in Cadenabbia you will find a free beach (850 m to it) with a bar and sun lounger rentals.
