A lovely, updated and nicely-decorated apartment suitable for a couple, or a family of 3, the property is located close to bars, restaurants, cafes and groceries. Central and handy, yet away from the Metropolitan chaos, with a walking distance, you can reach Termini Train Station that contacts to the rest of the city by metro, tram, bus and taxi. Prepare to relax as soon as you step inside this high ceiling appartament, that provides a living room with sofa bed, a kitchenette, a master bedroom, a bathroom with shower, bidet, towels, courtesy set and slippers. Ground floor, with indipendent entrance, the apartament comes with a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, toaster, kettle, induction hub, hove, dishwasher, Nepresso coffee machine, refrigerator and cooking utensils. Other premium amenities features: wifi, air conditioning, 55 inches smart Plasma Tv with Netflix, vocal assistant Alexa, safe, iron and iron board, washing machine, hairdryer and courtesy set.
