Brand new chic two-room apartment, located on the first floor of a modern residential complex: elegant, quiet and with large common green spaces. Located in the center of Seriate, it is a 10-minute drive from Orio al Serio international airport (BGY). A few meters away is the bus stop, lines 1 and 8 for Bergamo and Città Alta. A two minute walk is the Bolognini Hospital and a ten minute walk there is the Seriate railway station, with frequent trains to Bergamo and Milan. The apartment is easily reachable by taxi or bus from Orio al Serio International Airport and from Bergamo train station. For both floors, the gate is closed from 23:00 pm to 5 am, so during this time you won't have access to the public parking. Instead, during parking access time, on level -1 there is an hourly parking limit of 60 minutes, on working days from 9 am to 12 pm and from 3 pm to 6 pm. Seriate arose in a strategic geographical position, it is located about 4 kilometers east of the Orobic capital and is part of the Bergamo hinterland. All the main services are within easy walking distance: supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, public park, hospital, railway station and buses. The city of Bergamo is divided between Upper and Lower, in the village along the narrow paved streets, you will discover ancient signs, typical handicrafts, sweets and much more.
