The name “IL VIGNO” simply means “the vineyard,” but there is nothing simple or ordinary about this vineyard. While Tuscany is home to many world-renowned vineyards, IL VIGNO is nestled in a region known for its ‘marrone’ or sweet chestnut, moss green forests, rare truffles, and honey-producing orchards. What sets us apart is our approach to food. We don’t focus on traditional Tuscan cuisine, which is precisely what makes us unique in the area! Our kitchen is predominantly Mediterranean - fresh, healthy, and seasonal - drawing inspiration from our international travels and origins!
Please note that in addition to daily breakfast included in the rate, we also serve lunch and dinner from Wednesday to Saturday. We offer a variety of dishes prepared with local, seasonal ingredients, following a simple and genuine style typical of rustic cooking. Our menus include a selection of antipasti, pasta dishes, meat and fish mains, and delightful desserts, all inspired by Mediterranean culinary traditions.
 We host family dinners, providing an opportunity for all guests to come together and share their stories from around the world - an experience our guests often cherish! On Saturdays, we can also prepare lunch upon request.
