The apartment is located in the municipality of Pozzallo, 2 km from the splendid golden beaches that characterize this tourist town in south-eastern Sicily and in a strategic position to reach the neighboring towns: Ispica (10km); Modica (15km); Scicli (20km); Ragusa (30km); Marzamemi (30km) Syracuse/Ortigia (60km). You will find yourself in an elegant, intimate and relaxing setting. The penthouse - approximately 160m2 plus external parts, for a total area of ​​300m2 - has balconies and two large verandas, one of which is equipped and offers a splendid sea view. Internally it is composed as follows: large open space (living room/kitchen) with large windows facing the sea and the garden, a suite with en-suite bathroom, a standard double bedroom with sea view, a room with sofa bed, a bathroom. All rooms are characterized by high-level finishes and equipped with every comfort. The apartment has independent central heating, air conditioners, TV, wifi. Unfortunately pets are not allowed. Pertaining to 2 covered parking spaces in the parking area. Shuttle service on request to and from the airports of Catania and Comiso.
