The house is located in the ancient village of Torre Canne just behind the long golden beach, adjacent to two equipped beaches and a free beach and the house is directly inserted in the Regional Natural Park of the Coastal Dunes from Torre Canne to Torre San Leonardo. 50 meters from the house there are, during the summer, a supermarket, shops, restaurants, trendy clubs and various attractions, pedestrian areas, cycle paths and a beautiful seafront for romantic walks along the road that hosts the imposing Torre Canne Lighthouse. The bus stop is about 50 meters from the house and it is possible to find free parking in the immediate vicinity. The house is located in a limited traffic zone (ZTL) during the summer only, you can still reach the house for unloading and loading and park the car on the street starting from 100 meters away from the house. During the summer it is possible to park the car on the street on the blue lines for a fee or in one of the two large private paid parking lots about 150 meters away from the house. Outside the summer period the area is no longer limited traffic and you can park your car for free on the street even near the house. In the immediate vicinity of the house there is a well-known spa, where you can also have various treatments in agreement with the national health system. The apartment allows a relaxing holiday on site, with the possibility of bathing from the cliffs or from the sandy beach about 20 meters from the house.

The house is also a good starting point to visit the beauties of the surrounding landscapes: nature excursions in the Regional Natural Park of the Coastal Dunes, boat trips from coast to coast also practicing sport fishing, visits to the beauties present in the places of the Itria Valley, such as, for example, the UNESCO heritage sites: the city of Alberobello and the Castellana Caves. Of notable interest for the food and for the wonderful ancient villages of the Middle Ages, in the immediate vicinity, are the cities of Ostuni, Cisternino, Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Monopoli, the city of Polignano a Mare, the fishing village of Savelletri, the historic center of the city of Fasano, the Castle of the city of Conversano and much more: places about 15-20 minutes by car from the house. Of notable tourist interest at European level is also the famous Zoosafari of Fasano and the related amusement park Fasanolandia, a paradise of emotions about 5 km from the house and the water park Aquapark Egnazia, one of the largest in Italy reachable in about 10 minutes by car. Going inland, towards the hills, in the plain of olive trees, you will be enchanted by the monumental thousand-year-old olive trees with the most mysterious shapes, subject to environmental protection.
