Property information

Prestigious apartment on two floors, inside a brand-new Residence in exposed stone, a few meters from the beach and the city center. Access is from the large terrace surrounding the apartment. On the ground floor: living area with French sofa bed, bathroom with hydromassage shower and spacious kitchenette. Through two large patio doors you can access the lake view terrace where there are: a small kitchen for barbecue, dining table, rocking chair, sun loungers, coffie sets, shower and heated whirlpool bath! On the first floor there is the sleeping area with 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 1 bathroom. Free comforts for our guests: wifi, underfloor heating, air conditioning and garage! Brenzone is a very ancient city and all its history lives on in the architecture and frescoes of its castles and churches. With 12 km of land that bathes in Garda, Brenzone certainly does not lack beaches.
