Property information

Beautifully furnished apartment, with a living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one double and one single), double sofa bed in the living room, bathroom, balcony with lake view. Both the master bedroom and the living room enjoy a beautiful lake view thanks to the two French windows that allow access to the balcony. Air conditioning, independent heating and WI-FI. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, iron, drying rack and hairdryer. The use of the apartment includes parking space, access to and use of the beach, seasonal swimming pool as well as access to and use of the condominium private dock. The apartment is located in a prized residence located in front of a large shopping center, a few meters from the spa and several places to eat both day and night, open all year round. Going along, even via the cycle path, less than 4 km you reach the medieval pedestrian historic center of the city.

Just in front of the Residence there are a large and well-stocked SUPERMARKET, BAR and BUS STOP. Just a few meters away there are many PLACES to eat both day and night, open all year round. At 500 meters there are the famous TERME DI SIRMIONE, within walking distance! Walking along the cycle and pedestrian path less than 4 km leads to the MEDIEVAL HISTORICAL CENTER of the city. 3 km from the Water Park LE NINFEE DEL GARDA. The Chervo Golf Course is 8 km away. 10 km from GARDALAND. 11 km from the Golf Course GOLF CLUB PARADISO. The MOVIELAND PARK children’s playground is 12 km away.
