The apartment is located on the first floor of the building, accessible via a magnificent marble staircase or a convenient elevator.​ The atmosphere is warm and refined: parquet floors, marble details, and authentic early 20th-century furniture make each room unique. The spacious and bright living room is the heart of the home: here you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stovetop, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, and an espresso machine to start your day with the right aroma. The large dining table elegantly hosts shared moments, while the comfortable French sofa bed invites relaxation in front of the smart TV. The panoramic window offers an enchanting view of the private garden and the picturesque Castle of Roccasecca.​ A small corridor leads to the sleeping area: a room with a French sofa bed and spacious wardrobe, a large and elegant bathroom with shower and welcome kit (shampoo, shower cap, shower gel), and finally the master bedroom, elegant and welcoming, with a double bed, two armchairs, and two large windows overlooking the valley, offering a fantastic view.​ To complete the experience, on the ground floor you'll find a fully equipped gym, exclusively for guests, and a large private garden where you can relax in the shade of the trees or enjoy a peaceful reading.​ The location is strategic: just a few minutes from the Roccasecca highway exit and train station, close to Montecassino, and perfect for reaching Rome, Naples, the beaches of Sperlonga, or the trails of the Abruzzo National Park in about an hour.​ In the surroundings of the accommodation, you can take relaxing walks through the village alleys, go trekking, rock climbing, and bike rides through breathtaking landscapes.​

Ciociaria is a land full of surprises: medieval towns frozen in time such as Arpino, Veroli, Anagni (known as the “City of Popes”), and Alatri with its impressive cyclopean walls; artistic towns like Ferentino, famous for its acropolis and Roman monuments; and the mystical Casamari, home to a beautiful Cistercian abbey.
