Seamlessly embedded into the countryside or villages our houses are ideally located for you to explore all that Tuscany has to offer. And let’s not forget that Tuscany is a great destination for fine dining and cuisine. We always have latest informations about local restaurants/wine factories to ensure that you can also enjoy the great local food and wine. 10 km from Montescudaio is the famous Bolgheri, capital of prestigious and envied wines all over the world! Enter the everyday life of these villages to get to know the habits and customs of the place. We hope you will enjoy browsing through our available properties. Property information

This new stone cottage has a unique panoramic position with a view of Montescudaio and the surrounding hills. With this splendid situation, efforts have been made to maintain the typical Tuscan manner of the building. The cottage is reached first by a tarmacked road and then, as is very often the case, by an unsurfaced road. The approximately 70 m² apartment is on the ground floor and has a large living room with fireplace. The well equipped cooking area is separated from it by an arch and has dish washer, cooker and fridge. Beautiful ceiling with beams and terra-cotta floor. Two spacious bedrooms with double bed or two single beds. Bathroom with toilet and shower, washing machine.SAT–TV, WiFi and central heating. Large well looked after garden in which to sunbathe and spend peaceful moments. Ideal for relaxing while enjoying the panoramic views, due to its unique position.
