The property is located on the first floor of a historic building, on the main street of the village. Inside it has been completely renovated and is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, fridge, hob, oven, kettle, hairdryer, etc. But the thing that makes our apartment attractive is definitely the terrace overlooking the main street, you will be spectators of everything that is happening around you, as a frame you will have the village that surrounds you, comfortably seated to sip a coffee or a glass of local wine. The property is also located in a strategic position, close to the train station (about 200 meters), the parking lot (about 200 meters) and the marina (about 150 meters) where you will find the ferries that sail to the other villages of the Cinque Terre, with private boats or rent canoes for pleasant marine excursions.

The property is located in the main street of the village of Riomaggiore. Riomaggiore is the first village of the Cinque Terre starting from the city of La Spezia, it is connected to the other villages of the Cinque Terre by train (faster connection), by ferries (by sea, very suggestive), by paths on the ridges (hard but spectacular) or from the carriage road (not recommended due to the almost total lack of parking). Furthermore, from Riomaggiore it is very easy to reach cities and towns of high tourist / cultural importance by train (Portofino, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Genoa, etc..).
