The structure of the home seemed to me to be accommodated right away so much that it made me decide to crown this dream and give others the opportunity to live a few moments, away from the stressful city life. Villa with garden, terrace, 4 bedrooms with private bath and breakfast service included, 1 km from the "Mantova South" motorway "A22 Modena-Brennero" motorway and 10 Km from Mantova city. Single villa with 4 lodgings, each with external and independent entrance. Two located on the first floor and two on the ground floor. The upper floor consists of an entrance with a common kitchen-living room available to guests, from which there are 2 bedrooms, one with 4 beds and one double, all with private bathroom. The living-kitchen is accessed by a large terrace offering a relaxing panoramic view. On the ground floor is the Suite with 2 beds and a mini-apartment with 4 sleeping places.

After 30 years of urban life I felt the instinct to escape the chaos of the city mass and with my family I moved to a rural area in the city belt where I embarked on a simple lifestyle suitable for my personality. This choice has allowed me to develop some passions including the care and embellishment of green and close human relationships.v

The country has been developing with infrastructures involving the influx of much of the citizenship. Being located a short distance from the highway exit, this choice is very favorable to tourists and people passing by. A second hypermarket mall is coming. The municipal territory is bordered by the Po River to the south and the Mincio Park to the north.
