Typical, cozy and recently renewed apartment in the heart of Venice, close to the well-known Biennale and a couple of minutes far from San Marco square. The accomodation suits perfectly all kinds of guest - e.g. couples, families, groups, etc. Once you enter in the flat - on the 1st floor of the building - you are projected in a typical venetian space, thanks to the characteristic floors and windows. The accommodation consists of a large living room - lit by 4 wide windows - with a peninsula sofa bed and TV, separate kitchen - with gas stove, oven, kettle, toaster, espresso machine, etc. -, two complete bathrooms - one with the washing machine too -, a study with a loft master bedroom, a double bedroom with two spare beds - one of which is a pull-out. Due to the characteristic arched windows, the shutters do not guarantee the complete darkening of the interior.
The flat is located in the Castello district, one of the few areas where you can still breathe the air of real Venetian life. Nearby there are two stops (Celestia and Arsenale) of the vaporetto lines that connect both the airport and the train and bus stations. There is a supermarket a few minutes away and various grocery stores and pastry shops for breakfast.
