Apartment located in the heart of the city center. With spacious, independent, comfortable, bright rooms; with private bathroom. A few steps from the most important cultural spots and monuments. Also very close to breathtaking nature paths. * The flat has a single entrance and is divided into two distinct areas, connected by a small corridor. - The “green” bedroom has a double bed and private bathroom. - The very spacious “blue” bedroom and the “yellow” bedroom with two single beds share a bathroom. - The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking: induction hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, crockery, extendable table and chairs; the washing machine is in the same room. * For bookings of up to four guests, in addition to the kitchen, only the ‘blue’ and “yellow” bedrooms will be available. The ‘green’ bedroom may also be made available upon specific request at the time of booking and in any case before arrival at the flat. In this case, a small contribution will be requested from guests to cover the necessary and essential additional costs for cleaning and heating. * There is no private parking lot but the apartment is well connected to several ones nearby via escalators and travelators. Being in the city center it is also well connected to the train station via the main bus lines. Buses can also be used to easily reach any other part of the city. * I will be personally welcoming you and providing you with all the information you might need for your holiday. Save binding duties, I will be at your disposal during the whole stay.

I live this experience with great enthusiasm. Right in the historic centre, Piazza del Mercato is a crossroads from which you can easily reach the most important theatrical, artistic and cultural venues; it is just a stone's throw from the most important walking routes through some of the most beautiful greenery in the world. The square has several restaurants and bars, ice cream parlours and pizzerias, food shops and grocery stores: everything you could possibly need.
