Property information

Spacious, welcoming and equipped with all comforts. The two bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV and air conditioning. There is a furnished terrace of over 50 square meters, where you can have breakfast, sunbathe in the middle of the day, aperitive and diner in the evening. Certainly ideal for very pleasant moments of relax.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is just 700 meters from the city center, and only 900 meters from the beach of San Giovanni. Close to the building you have, a pharmacy, supermarket, several bars, barber, hairdresser. Absolutely to underline that at night you can rest peacefully, in fact there are not nightclubs nearby. Obviously, during the summer season, the area being in the city becomes busier, in this case if you are a light sleeper it is advisable to use ear plugs for a night's rest. The terrace furniture will be available from May to October, based on general weather conditions.
