Casa Arcobaleno is located on the border of Umbria and Tuscany in the picturesque town of Citta Della Pieve. The villa is fully south-facing at an altitude of 430 m with a panoramic view of >130° and up to 25 km towards Orvieto. Situated in a quiet and green area, 1.2 km from the village center. The town of Citta Della Pieve, with only 5,800 residents, offers all facilities and services. There are several supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, fishmongers, fresh pasta makers, multiple pharmacies, a small hospital, and more than 25 restaurants and various cozy bars with terraces. This bustling town is located at 508m altitude and provides the necessary coolness to enjoy sitting outside on the terraces during the warm season.
